Project 3 Developments is always on the look out for interesting new developments to work on. Some of the projects we work on are joint ventures with the existing property owners and this is an area we always welcome new opportunities.

In past projects, we have arranged the architectural designs, secured funding, sought planning permission, managed the build and the eventual marketing and sales of all units. Our team can take care of all of these specialist areas whilst maximising the profit in the project.
