The building was in a dilapidated condition and we felt that was a shame, especially considering the historic value of the property and that it is in a popular location, and is now surrounded by newly built homes.

Project 3 secured the site and then successfully applied for planning permission for 12 residential apartments across two floors. We were able to create a contemporary, open plan living spaces by using modern building techniques, whilst also keeping the existing brickwork and the original design of the building.
